Tried doing some accessory / assistance work but arms still strained from squatting Monday. I lose all strength from a sharp pain when I raise them. I plan to video tape next squat day to see what's going on with my elbow placement. I seem to be carrying the load in that area on your outer arm where the deltoid and bicep tie in. Annoying as hell. On the positive side, I beat last cycle's numbers on today's lifts. Standard.
