The Show Must Go On : Max Effort Deadlift


I've been dealing with an annoying chest cold for past week. Still managed to get all my training in but took yesterday off to try and get rid of it faster. Ended up training today. Don't want to take any more days off...

545 x 1 weak lockout

Didn't get what I was planning for weight wise, but I feel better getting that training in.
