Singles: 325 3x1 (Last Cycle: 315 3x1)

My previous one rep raw bench max was 335lbs. back in 2008 before injuries. So it's safe to say I'm passed that now!

Tricep Pushdowns w/Surgical Tubing
4 sets, varied reps, 12-20. Surgical tubing, make do with what you got!
