3/5/1 Overhead Press : 5's Week : Cycle 4


Still making great progress on the 3/5/1 or 5/3/1 for powerlifting program. Pressing movements were always my worst lifts so I'm ramping it up! I've put on 40lbs to my overhead press in 4 months. Pick up the book here. I 100% recommend this program for intermediate to advanced lifters. Here's today's training:

Overhead Press
105 x 5
120 x 5 -wraps
140 x 16 -wraps

Close Grip OH Press
95 6x10

Reverse Grip Curls
Bar 4 sets to failure
