Max Effort Deadlift Failure

It's bound to happen once in awhile. Failing on lifts. I don't like making excuses but I was experimenting with this current training mash-up programming I'm doing. I was trying to push it some more and see if I could train every other day instead of taking 2 days off between training days. Today was the fifth training day so I know my boundary now. 4 training days every other day, take 2 day rest. Then repeat. Here's the layout of today's deadlift day:
