Looking at the log after training, the 3's week for bench two times in a row now didn't turn out as good as the other 3/5/1 weeks for some reason...

280 x 7 (Last Cycle: 270x9)
Singles: 315x1, skipped last 2 sets because this was a max effort strainer so no need for the last 2 (Last Cycle: skipped all singles. injury)
