More progress. I haven't had this much weight on my back in over 3 years.

Work Sets
285 x 5 (Whoops. Was only suppose to do 3.)
325 x 3 - belt
365 x 10 - belt (Last Cycle: 355x9)
Singles: 445 3x1 (Last Cycle: 425 3x1)

Did 4 sets of 12 of ab crunches after. After watching the video, I'd like to get about 1 to 2 inches deeper on the squat. Overall an awesome training day having that much weight on my back again and the walkout feeling solid. Coming up felt really easy too but just got to work on more depth. Might play around with feet placement and see what works better.
