Short on time after that 3 hour suited squat training day? Hate frozen dinners? Not good at cooking? Try this out.

Love that semi melted parmesan cheese with the garlic flavoured spaghetti. This goes good with a lot of quick meats or fish that you can pan cook or grill on the bbq.


  • Cooked Spaghetti
  • Olive Oil (enough to lightly coat spaghetti)
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Shaved Parmesan


  1. Cook your spaghetti as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat up the olive oil and sautee the chopped garlic just until you can smell it.
  3. Put the drained spaghetti into the pot and mix it in the oil until lightly coated and garlic evenly spread out.
  4. Plate it and top with ample amounts of shaved parmesan. You can use powdered but I personally like the texture better of shaved.
