Windowsill Organic Herb Garden

Training from June 27 - July 2. Busier than usual past 2 weeks. Still training of course but had to bump the days forward due to job interviews and doing tests. It was worth it because I got a new job with better pay.

My hippy-ish neighbourhood is rubbing off on me in a good way. I've started growing my own food this week starting off with some herbs and vegetables. Starting from the left in the picture above; The 3 pots I've got organic ginger, green stump is new celery growing from kitchen scraps along with the green onions next to it. The big plant is mint for my iced green or black teas. Beside that is a stevia plant to compliment the store bought extract for my drinks and natural protein shakes. Planning on adding more to the lineup in the coming days/weeks. Onto the training...

Finally back squatting with no pain. I changed my form a little bit and brought my stance in to avoid re-straining the injury. It felt more solid then wide stance along with knees drifting forward over the knees a bit. Experimenting...
